Each retreat day follows a structured flow design to support the body, mind, and energy field.
1. Morning Yoga-Preparing the Body
Each day begins with gentle, grounding yoga designed to:

Prepare the system to receive deeper work
During the yoga practice, energy work is performed in the room, helping to clear static or dense energy from the body and create a sense of lightness and safety.
2. Guided Meditation+ Reiki Energy Work
After yoga, participants move into guided meditation.
While one facilitator leads the meditation, Reiki energy work is offered individually to each participant:

3. Nervous System Education & Integration
