Purpose of Phase 1:

To help your nervous system exit survival mode and establish internal safety.

This phase is not about fixing your life or making decisions. It is about teaching your body:

"I am safe without urgency, action, or resolution."

To allow old emotional patterns, identities, and survival responses to dissolve without panic or regression.

This phase teaches your body:

"I can tolerate discomfort without reacting or rebuilding old patterns."

"I no longer need to monitor safety. I can live."
